I know I shouldn't enter our own competition, but I love baking so I am going to enter anyway, I promise I won't win!! Anyway I was looking for a bit of cake decorating inspiration, something that was achievable for a 6yr old a 3 yr old and a piping set.
As I often do I turned to
Martha for inspiration, and oh my god there is a ton of it on there! I couldn't stop downloading things!!
so here are a few for inspiration, I expect you all to get your mixing bowls out this weekend and get baking, take a photo and enter the competition, we will be posting some of your entries every day next week. I am now off to work out the mysteries of a think called swiss buttercream!!!

Oh I love all of this inspiration Sarah!! I am being totally honest when I say I am an awful baker, so it is a very good thing that my cupcake entry only has to look pretty;) Thanks for the inspiration!
