cup cake competition

When we ran our cupcake competition last year one of the runners up was Lesley from Poppy Greens. Not surprising since she runs her own cup cake business. As well as creating her beautiful cakes, made with eggs from her own free range chickens, she also has a fantastic selection of vintage china for hire and produces bunches of wonderful country cottage flowers. For plenty of inspiration take a look at her gallery.

If inspired then you should enter her competition, she is offering a free place on selected workshops during June and July, but be quick the deadline is tomorrow!

dorset cereals competition

those lovely people at dorset cereals who organise the little blog awards (you can vote for us on here if you feel inclined!) are doing a fab summer giveaway. A fantastic VW campervan with sunroof, fridge, cooker - all mod cons! who wouldn't want to win such a design icon?

enter here.

(though you can't win - i am having it!!)

dorset cereals sponsored giffords circus last tour so we love anyone who supports such a fab night out.

birthday gift

so many of you posted such lovely comments about the box I did for Jo for christmas, that to celebrate our upcoming first birthday, i would put one together for one lucky reader to win. (mr H would not think this a lucky win - he calls them 'box of tat'!!) obviously it won't have a christmas theme like Jo's did but it will have an essense of Hardaker and Pope about it!! so all you have to do to win is leave a comment - and if you comment annonymously you will have to give us a clue so we know which annon you are!!! and then we will have a grand draw on sun 21st feb. so happy commenting and I am off to rummage by boxes!!
